Founding access
A founding code gives one learner 30 days of full access. There is no payment and no card, so there is nothing to refund. It does not renew: on day 31 the learner is on the free tier, and the account, the history, the badges and every teacher note stay.
The free tier
Free is a plan, not a locked door. A learner on Free keeps their account and records and can continue with the free lesson of the week; full access is needed for the whole library and for teacher reviews of new written work.
Paid passes
A pass is a one-time purchase of full access for one learner and a fixed period — a day, a week or a month. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged again unless you buy another pass. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of buying a pass, you can have a full refund, whatever the learner has done with it. Write to info@questant.app from the account's email address; no reason is needed. A day pass or a weekly pass can be refunded in full until it ends, if that is sooner.
- After 7 days a pass is not refundable, except where the fault is ours: if full access was missing for more than 24 hours during your pass, or a record was wrong, tell us and we extend the pass or refund it, your choice.
- A refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Stripe, within 5–10 working days of our confirmation. Full access ends when the refund is issued; the learner is on the free plan and keeps every lesson, note and badge.
- We do not issue partial refunds, and we do not refund a pass bought for one learner because another learner did not use it — each learner needs their own pass.
Something went wrong?
If a code did not redeem, access ended early, a payment went through twice, or a record is wrong, write to info@questant.app from the account's email address. We answer within two working days and put right what we got wrong. A duplicate charge is always refunded in full.
