Support and data requests
Write to info@questant.app from the email address on your account. Use it for anything about an account, a learner, a record, a payment, an export or a deletion. We answer within two working days; data requests within 30 days.
Reviewers
Teachers who would like to review written work write to info@questant.app with the years and subjects they teach and where. Reviewer accounts are set up by Questant; there is no self-registration.

Questant is an independent service, not a registered company, operated from Kathu District, Phuket, Thailand, and reachable at info@questant.app. The servers run in Singapore; our terms are governed by Thai law — see Terms of use.
